WHAT IS GDPR

GDPR is European data protection law that came into force on Friday, 25th May, 2018. It affects all businesses (both inside and outside of Europe) that capture identifiable information about individuals via their websites and mobile apps when accessed by listeners in the European Economic Area (EEA). 

YOUR INFORMATION

1. If you tick to join the Sunshine VIP club, your information is stored on secured servers and is ONLY used to email information about Sunshine Radio, such as newsletters and promotions. If you wish to no longer receive the information you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing at the footer of the email. If you wish to no longer be part of the VIP club, fill in your name below under the "Forget Me" title and you will be instantly removed from our database.
2. If you have agreed to have your details forwarded to one of our clients to be placed on their mailing list, you can be removed at any time by either informing the client/using their unsubscribe buttons, or fill your name in below under "Forget Me" and we will inform the client of your decision and ensure you are removed immediately.
3. If you have agreed to enter a Sunshine Radio competition your details are only held by us for 1 month before been automatically deleted.
