The Sunday Times list features Lemore Estate near Eardisley.
The 17th-century manor house is known for its luxury en-suite lodges, outdoor dining hubs and a regular wedding hotspot.
Pensons in Tenbury Wells was also another hotel from the region to be included in this year's list.
