Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision on the A438 in Staunton-On-Wye.
The incident happened at around 9am on Saturday 23 February and involved four cars.
A red Mini Cooper registration ending XVP, a white Volkswagen Polo registration ending LSL, a white Ford Fiesta registration ending AAJ and a white Dacio Sandero registration ending UVR collided outside Oakchurch farm shop on the A438.
Three people suffered injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment but have since been released.
Investigating officers are appealing for information from the public including dash cam footage.
PC Jon Lynes said: "We are keen to speak with anyone who may have seen the collision so that we can get a better understanding of what happened.
"To help with our investigation we're keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has any other information that could help with our enquiries.
"We are especially keen to see any dashcam footage from the area at the time of the incident."
