Emergency services are a dealing with a lorry fire on the A49 in Ludlow.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 6:51am reporting a lorry fire on the A49 near the turning for Ludlow Racecourse.
Firefighters are dealing with a HGV carrying timber which "well alight".
Two crews are using 4 breathing apparatus, 3 hose reel jets and a thermal imaging camera.
UPDATE: The road is now fully open.
