Resurfacing work will be carried out on the A49 from Ashton to the OK Diner roundabout in Leominster.
Kier will be carrying out resurfacing work during the night from Monday 18th May until Friday 3rd July.
The work will see stretches of the A49 closed in three phases between 8pm and 6am during the week.
18th May - 26th May: The A49 will closed in both directions between the Salwey Arms and the OK Diner. This includes access from local roads in between.
27th May - 19th June: The A49 will be closed between Wooferton and Stockton/ Kimbolton Junction. Local traffic will be able to use the A4112.
22nd June - 3rd July: Contractors will be working on the OK Diner roundabout itself. The A49 will be kept open by using temporary traffic lights but access from the A44 will be closed.
Highways England have confirmed resurfacing work on the Leominster Bypass and Ludlow Bypass later this summer.
