The family of a man who died following a collision on the A49 in Herefordshire last Monday has said their 'hearts are broken by his departure'.
Seth Fellner, aged 46 and from Coleford, Gloucestershire, was driving his Toyota Landcruiser southbound on the A49 when it was in collision with a tractor near to the Axe and Cleaver pub in Much Birch, Herefordshire at around 9.45pm.
Mr Fellner was declared dead at the scene.
A 34-year-old woman who was a passenger in the car was taken to hospital with facial injuries. She has since been discharged and is recovering at home.
In a statement Mr Fellner's family said: "A beautiful and caring son, an adoring and cherished father. An uncle and brother loved beyond the stars. A friend and companion to so many. Our hearts are broken by his departure but we know he is shining on us all.
"The family would like to thank everyone for their kind words and messages of sympathy at this tragic time and ask the media to respect their privacy and give them time to come to terms with their loss."
Officers are continuing to appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision or saw either vehicle involved in the minutes leading up to the collision to contact them.
