
A Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) has been issued to a Malvern man following persistent anti-social behaviour offences.
Richard Cuss, age 66, of Watkins Way, received the order at Worcester Magistrates' Court on Friday 15 December. The order will last for 2 and half years (30 months) and prevents him from:
1. Making threats towards others, behaving in an aggressive or intimidating manner, making menacing or offensive gestures towards others or CCTV cameras, or shouting and swearing at others in a manner that causes alarm harassment or distress
2. Throwing or placing any items whatsoever on to other peoples properties without their consent or agreement
3. Shooting from any air rifle or pellet gun from your property 24 Watkins Way, Malvern, or being in possession of an air rifle or pellet gun in any public place.
4. Pouring any liquids other than water, or placing objects in to the hedgerows bordering the car park in Watkins Way, Malvern
5. Parking your vehicle/s in any spaces that are allocated to other residents in Watkins Way, Malvern, or allowing any visitors to your address to park in these allocated spaces
6. Washing harmful chemicals or liquids down your driveway, such as oil, battery acid or paint stripper
7. Playing excessively loud music that causes an annoyance or disturbance to residents in the vicinity of Watkins Way, Malvern
If he breaches this order he could be arrested.
