Police are appealing for witnesses following a single vehicle collision near Pendock in the early hours of this morning.
A Fiat 500 left the westbound carriageway between junctions 1 (Tewkesbury) and 2 (Ledbury) at approximately 12.50am.
The driver, a man in his thirties, has been taken to hospital with what are believed to be serious pelvic injuries.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact PC Sam Davies on 101, quoting incident number 119S of 18 June 2018.
