Fifthteen more homes could be built on a large development at a Herefordshire town.
The proposal, by Edenstone Homes of South Wales, forms part of the much larger St Mary’s Garden Village greenfield development of up to 465 houses to the north-east of Ross-on-Wye.
The latest 15, dubbed phase 4D of Edenstone’s development plan, would comprise three “affordable” two-bedroom bungalows, as well as two two-bedroom and ten three-bedroom homes for market sale.
They would be of “traditional design and materials to reflect the surrounding built environment”, the application says.
The planned layout meanwhile “helps to ensure a soft transition from the proposed built form to the open countryside beyond”, with a “strengthened landscape buffer” to the east.
Comments on the application, numbered 221853, can be made until August 10.
